後記 :
重點是找出合適的訓練強度; 雖然覺這個強度還OK,可以長時間執行;但Ben覺得recovery 的時間太久 HR 135 3 mins ( 15 min after the end of high spinning , HR is still at 115~ 20 , my idle HR is 93~95 ).
決定降低訓練強度,走少量多餐方式--- 設計幾組練習組合, 看哪些組合可以有正常時間內的 recovery ;
那甚麼是正常時間內的recovery 呢 ?
- High Spinning 3 min 後, 回到normal idle HR
- or ?
Scenario 1 :
High Spinning at HR of 135 for 10 mins, then to see if I could get a trend down HR 3 mins after the end of High spinning .
Scenario 2 :
Try high spinning at HR from 135 and 120 for 10 mins , to see what HR 3 mins or 5 mins after the end of spinning !
