1. Good to catch up the target HR Zone ,right after the warm up ( 5mins )
2. 58% distribution over target inetnsity HR zone 3
3. However, overdrive the HR max to 153 . and end of training at 150 ( Recovery start)
4. Recovery data still questionable -- 3 mins of cool down reading log does not tell anything . ( might try to log by stopwatch at the end of 10 mins , to see HR ? ; which Sigma Onyx FIT could not support .

早上在關西立益球場有18 洞 , 也藉此reset 一下作息 , 讓往後3日都有 **** 的睡眠品質!
上場Score 也不樂觀, 但後9洞,倒也似乎找回一些球感 ! -- Short Game 加強一下, 及強化求勝意志 ; 應該會有大進展 !
" 每一桿都要有意義" , 說得好; 要不然也不要再 Golfing.
周一晚就僅做 Sigma Onyx FIT 上的 Fitness Test ( fast walking )
5 mins of warm up , then fast walking for 4 lap of track- 400m (1.6km or 1 mile),then stop .
Result :
Fitness Level : Average
VO2MAX = 38
END HR = 102
( 第一次做 Fitness Test , 結束時沒按好,數據可以有問題 ) ( 再找時間重做..)
